I want people to know what they are getting into before something happens that damages their business and financial future. Most e-commerce business owners don’t know their accounts can be terminated without warning, or their funds can be held - these details are all in the fine print.
I heard so many stories from friends, colleagues, fellow entrepreneurs - not to mention the countless horror stories you can read online (just Google “PayPal Sucks” 😬). My own stories were so detrimental to my previous e-commerce business and my life that I felt compelled to change the game. So I build Paycafe to do just that. I could have started any business, but my passion is to help business owners by actually caring about what they do and how they want to grow their business.
