Do you practice Gratitude?
It's not something I REALLY did before, but it's something that has TOTALLY changed my life in the past few years.... Whether we like it or not, we have a relationship with everything around us--people, food, our bodies, money, our careers, homes, nature, etc.
And if we hate those things or think they are burdens or that they never go right....well, that's kind of the love we get in return.
I had a crappy relationship with money before coaching--total scarcity mentality regarding it. There was never enough, we'd never be better off than we were, and I needed to HOLD tight to every ounce of it I had.
That's not healthy, generous, or grateful.
I got to go live in our info session about coaching last night and tell the girls in there how the money thing works for us as coaches. How we earn it, how we help others. how we get paid only in relationship to how much value we give and how many people we help..... And I'm forever grateful that coaching also taught me how to have better relationships--with everything--people, food, my body, AND money.
Today was also payday and I gratefully send that money off to Will's preschool teacher, Lydia's piano teacher, my ROTH IRA, and a few other places. I send grateful energy to all those places with it. And it FEELS really different than before when I used to begrudgingly pay for things like that.
