It’s 2020, and it’s time to get back into doing what I love.
I took a long break from Instagram this past year. I used to post everyday. It didn’t last long, because it really took a lot out of me. The break was good, but I knew I had a business to run and clients and deadlines. It was hard to get the ball rolling again. I can do Instagram, photography, and branding for others all the live long day, but I have such a hard time making the commitment to do it for myself! I used to come home from work, hop right on my laptop and work until I went to bed, creating content for myself, doing photo shoots at home for fun, and educating myself on any information I could get my hands on. I would spend all my free time investing in myself and my business. Lately, all I want to do is sit on my couch and watch Real Housewives. And I needed that, to be honest! I spent this winter investing in friendships that have blossomed into beautiful relationships, spending time with my family without a laptop in my lap the entire time, and spending a lot of time back at home and out of the city, which feeds my soul. I had a good rest, but now I’m fired up again and ready to start creating more. Thanks everyone for following along with me! I’ve made some incredible relationships over Instagram, and met some insanely cool people through this creative journey. I can’t wait for even more this year!
